- What does a 'help request' mean?
- Any visible Lore answer or action counts as one AI request, whether it starts from voice, Quick Chat, Agent, Research, or a guided lesson. Background memory work is tracked separately so it does not burn through your request allowance.
- Why is there a free tier at all?
- Most days, you don't need an agent — you just want to ask one or two things about whatever's on your screen. The free tier should be enough to see whether Lore deserves a place in your menu bar.
- What about teams or students?
- Education and team plans are coming. For now, email us if you're a student — we discount aggressively while we figure out the right shape for the program.
