Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Lore, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Lore is provided by PantheonAI (EQAI INC), a corporation organized under the laws of the State of California. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the application.

Description of Service

Lore is a macOS menu bar AI companion that provides screen-aware assistance through voice and visual interaction. The service includes a Free plan with monthly quotas and a paid Plus subscription with expanded capabilities and higher limits.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use Lore. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent. You must have a Mac running macOS 15.0 or later.

Account and Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

Subscriptions and Payments

• The Free plan includes 100 AI requests and 50 minutes of voice input per month at no cost.
• The Plus plan is billed monthly at $20/mo or annually at $200/yr and includes 1000 AI requests plus 200 minutes of voice input per billing cycle.
• Optional top-up packs ($5 each) add extra credits to your current billing period. Top-up credits expire at the end of the current period and are non-refundable.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact us within 14 days of a charge to request a refund.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use Lore for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the application.
• Use Lore to process or transmit content that infringes on third-party intellectual property rights.
• Circumvent usage limits or access controls through automated means.
• Share your account credentials or allow others to access your account.

Intellectual Property

Lore, its logo, and all associated intellectual property are owned by PantheonAI (EQAI INC). Your use of Lore does not grant you any ownership rights to the software. Content you create using Lore (including wiki entries and transcriptions) remains yours.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Lore is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated responses will be accurate or complete. You use Lore at your own discretion and risk.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PantheonAI (EQAI INC) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of Lore. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Lore at any time for violation of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the application ceases immediately. You may export your data before termination takes effect.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in California.

Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Continued use of Lore after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
